Investment raised will be utilised as lending capital to provide asset-backed bridging loans to exciting real estate projects throughout the UK.
One of the major consideration for clients when choosing a bridging lender is speed of transaction. The interest rates are reﬂective of this requirement as well as the short-term of the lend.
Lending will be capped at 65% Loan to Value rate. This level has been set to reduce the risk exposure whilst remaining competitive within the industry.
